This page sets out all legal terms governing use of the 1k444 platform, including account management, bonus policy, and payment rules.
1. Introduction & Definitions
1.1 Scope of Agreement
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") form a binding legal agreement between the 1k444 platform and any user ("you" or "Member"). By registering on 1k444 or using the platform, you are considered to have fully accepted all terms of this Agreement. These terms apply alongside the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Guidelines.
1.2 Definitions
The key terms used in this document are defined as follows:
- "Platform" — The 1k444 website, app, or any related services.
- "Member" — Any individual who has registered an account on 1k444.
- "Balance" — The total of real money and bonus credits held in a Member's account.
- "Bonus" — Any promotional credit or reward issued by 1k444.
- "Wagering Requirement" — The amount that must be wagered before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
1.3 Right to Amend Terms
1k444 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes through appropriate means. Continued use of the platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
2. Eligibility & Account Registration
2.1 Age & Eligibility Requirements
You must be at least 21 years old to open an account and use 1k444. Providing a false age at registration is a serious violation and may result in immediate account closure. If an underage account is identified, all deposited and won funds will be forfeited.
2.2 One Account Policy
Each Member may register only one account. Opening multiple accounts for the same person is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are found using the same device, IP address, payment method, or identity document, 1k444 reserves the right to suspend or close all associated accounts and bonus benefits may be cancelled.
2.3 Providing Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at registration. It is the Member's responsibility to update any changes through account settings. 1k444 will not be liable for any issues arising from an account operated on the basis of incorrect or false information.
2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)
1k444 reserves the right to verify a Member's identity at any time. If required documents are not provided within the specified period, the account may be temporarily or permanently suspended. Withdrawal requests may be held until the verification process is complete.
3. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
3.1 Deposit
Accepted payment methods for deposits on 1k444 are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. No other payment methods are accepted. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. If there is a delay due to technical reasons, please contact support.
3.2 Withdrawal
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal funds are generally sent to the Member's registered payment account within 10 to 45 minutes. The payment method used for withdrawal must be the same one used for the deposit. Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
3.3 Special Payment Guidelines
Members should keep the following in mind:
- Deposits and withdrawals can only be made through bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
- Transactions through third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
- Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
- All transactions will be conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
- 1k444 will not be liable for funds sent to an incorrect account number.
4. Bonus & Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
A 200% bonus on the first deposit is offered on 1k444, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000. Or depositing ৳16,000 gives a bonus capped at ৳15,000 for a total balance of ৳31,000. The welcome bonus applies once per Member only.
4.2 Wagering Requirement
Winnings earned from a bonus must meet the wagering requirement before withdrawal. Currently, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined amount of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.
4.3 General Bonus Terms
The following terms apply when using bonuses:
- Bonus credits cannot be cashed out directly.
- A new bonus cannot be activated while one is already active, unless 1k444 directs otherwise.
- In cases of bonus abuse or fraudulent activity, 1k444 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.
- 1k444 may change or withdraw bonus offers at any time.
- If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
5. User Code of Conduct
5.1 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Any attempt to cheat, manipulate, or gain an unfair advantage.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to operate games.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another Member's account.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
- Attempting to damage 1k444's systems or network.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusive behavior toward other Members or staff.
- Placing bets or managing accounts on behalf of a third party.
5.2 Account Security
You are fully responsible for keeping your account login details (username and password) secure. Do not allow anyone else to access your account. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, notify 1k444 support immediately. 1k444 is not liable for any loss resulting from negligent handling of an account.
6. VIP Program Terms
6.1 VIP Tiers & Benefits
The 1k444 VIP Program has four tiers. The weekly cashback benefit for each tier is listed below:
- Bronze — Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
- Silver — Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
- Gold — Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
- Platinum — Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
6.2 Tier Changes & Benefit Terms
VIP tier is determined by a Member's overall activity and contribution on the platform. Consistent activity is required to move to a higher tier. Cashback is generally awarded weekly based on eligibility and a separate wagering requirement may apply. 1k444 reserves the right to change the VIP program structure at any time.
7. Limitation of Liability & Applicable Law
7.1 Service Availability
Although the 1k444 platform operates to the highest technical standards, temporary unavailability may occur due to maintenance, server issues, or disruption to third-party services. 1k444 will not be liable for any loss suffered by a Member in such circumstances. We will endeavor to give advance notice of any scheduled maintenance.
7.2 Technical Errors
If a technical error or disconnection occurs during gameplay, the outcome of that round will be determined based on server logs. 1k444 reserves the right to cancel any bonus or winnings awarded as a result of an apparent error. 1k444's decision on such matters will be considered final.
7.3 Intellectual Property
All content, designs, game software, logos, and trademarks on the 1k444 platform are the intellectual property of 1k444 and/or its suppliers. Members may not copy, redistribute, or use any element of the platform for commercial purposes.
7.4 Third-Party Services
Games available on 1k444 are operated by various third-party software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, and Ezugi. These providers' own terms may also apply. 1k444's liability for faults in third-party software is limited.
8. Responsible Gambling & Account Closure

8.2 Self-Exclusion & Setting Limits
If you feel that gambling is having a negative effect on your life, you can contact 1k444 support to arrange deposit limits, session time limits, or full self-exclusion. The self-exclusion process will be applied immediately.
8.3 Account Closure Process
You can request account closure at any time by contacting support. The account will be closed after verification upon receipt of the request. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any existing balance before closure, however active bonus credits will be cancelled.
8.4 Account Suspension or Closure by 1k444
1k444 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these terms.
- Suspicion of fraudulent or criminal activity.
- Evidence of being underage.
- Failure to complete identity verification.
- An order from a court, government authority, or law enforcement agency.

10.3 Interpretation & Disputes
If any dispute arises regarding the interpretation or application of these terms, both parties will first attempt to resolve it through mutual discussion. 1k444's decision will be considered final and binding in all disputes, unless otherwise determined by law.
11. General Provisions
11.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gambling Guidelines together form the entire agreement between 1k444 and the Member. If any provision of this agreement is found to be void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
11.2 Non-Enforcement of Rights
If 1k444 does not exercise any of its rights in a given situation, this will not be considered a waiver of that right. That right may be exercised again at any time in the same or similar circumstances.
11.3 Language & Interpretation
These terms are drafted in Bengali. Where translations exist in multiple languages, the Bengali version will be treated as the original for interpretation purposes. Any communication regarding these terms may be made in Bengali or English.
